With over 12 years of experience in the senior living industry, I’ve dedicated my career to helping families navigate one of the most emotionally complex and overwhelming times in life: finding the right care for a loved one.

I began my journey in Los Angeles, California, working in the marketing and sales department at Belmont Village Senior Living. Within a few months, I was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing, where I spent the next eight years supporting families and seniors through the transition into assisted living and memory care. That experience gave me deep insight not just into the operational side of senior living communities, but more importantly, the emotional and logistical challenges families face when making these decisions.

My passion for this work is personal. Like many in this field, I’ve walked this path with my own grandparents. As their needs evolved and they eventually transitioned into assisted living and memory care, I witnessed firsthand how overwhelming the process was for my parents—navigating unfamiliar systems, trying to make the “right” decision, and carrying the emotional weight of it all. They didn’t have someone to guide them through it. That experience stayed with me, and it’s why I created Caroline’s Senior Guidance.

I specialize in helping seniors—and anyone involved in caregiving—understand their options, feel supported, and make confident choices. With training in memory care and Alzheimer’s support, and a foundation built on years of direct experience, I’m here to offer not just expertise, but empathy.
