1. Free Consultation

Every family’s journey begins with a complimentary consultation. Caroline takes the time to understand your loved one’s care needs, lifestyle, medical considerations, preferences, and budget before discussing any recommendations.

2. Unbiased Recommendations

Based on your family’s unique situation, Caroline creates a customized list of senior living communities and care options that best align with your loved one’s needs. Recommendations are made with your family’s goals in mind—not based on compensation.

3. Community Tours

Once you’ve identified communities you’d like to explore, Caroline helps coordinate tours and provides guidance so you know what to look for, what questions to ask, and how to compare each option, including the cost.

4. Your Family Chooses

There is never any pressure to choose a particular community, no matter the cost. The decision is always yours. Caroline is there to provide information, answer questions, and support your family while you determine which option feels right.

5. Community Compensation

If your loved one moves into a participating senior living community that Caroline introduced, that community pays Caroline a referral fee. Families never receive a bill for Caroline’s placement services.

6. Ongoing Support

Caroline’s commitment doesn’t end after she is paid by the commmunity. She remains available to answer questions, provide additional guidance, and support your family as new care needs arise.

What if I am not sure what level of care my loved one needs?

Many families aren’t sure whether assisted living, memory care, in-home care, or another option is the best fit. Does using Caroline’s services affect the cost of senior living?

No. Working with Caroline does not increase the cost of your loved one’s care. Her referral fee is paid by participating senior living communities after a successful placement, so families receive her guidance and support without paying additional fees.

What if we choose a community Caroline didn’t recommend?

That’s completely your decision. Caroline is happy to provide guidance throughout your search, and you’re never obligated to choose one of her recommendations.
